Horizon Flight Center is authorized by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (U.S.C.I.S.) to issue the M-1 student Visa form to the student who wishes to obtain a Private License, Commercial License, Airline Transport Pilot's License, Instrument Rating, Multi-Engine Rating or Certified Flight Instructor, and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument or Multi-Engine Instructor ratings.

DON'T EVER PAY YOUR FLIGHT TRAINING EXPENSES TO A SCHOOL IN ADVANCE! This shows the schools lack of financial stability by them having to ask for money in advance from you. This can be used as a form of leverage if you would ever wish to transfer to another school or you must return home for any reason, the school may not refund any of your money, or they impose a huge refund penalty. What if the flight school closes? Many flight schools have closed and kept huge installments from students. If a school will not let you pay for your training as you receive it, don't walk away run! WHY YOU DO NOT WANT TO TRAIN AT A SCHOOL WITH A FIXED PRICE ALL INCLUSIVE... A fixed price punishes the students that work hard! Because schools set a price based on an average. You may complete your private license in 42 hours, but the next person does it in 80. Why should you have to cover that.
