Horizon Flight Center is authorized by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (U.S.C.I.S.) to issue the M-1 student Visa form to the student who wishes to obtain a Private License, Commercial License, Airline Transport Pilot's License, Instrument Rating, Multi-Engine Rating or Certified Flight Instructor, and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument or Multi-Engine Instructor ratings.

DON'T EVER PAY YOUR FLIGHT TRAINING EXPENSES TO A SCHOOL IN ADVANCE!

This shows the schools lack of financial stability by them having to ask for money in advance from you.
This can be used as a form of leverage if you would ever wish to transfer to another school or you must return home for any reason, the school may not refund any of your money, or they impose a huge refund penalty.
